Ernie Royal Monument

The 1/3 life-size plaster model will be used to create the life-size marble monument.

Clay model detail of mentorees: the Royals gave their estate to The Culinary Institute of America in the form of a scholarship (Ernie and Willa Royal Memorial Scholarship for Minority Students).
Clay model detail referencing the future Chef Ernie Royal as well as the youths he and his wife Willa have helped to mentor.
